Meet Vault

Vault began as a finance assistant, built by CASA to help small businesses make sense of their numbers. It has since grown into one of the most rigorous agents in the Agens family, less a calculator, more a virtual CFO in its own right. Where most agents will happily invent a figure to sound helpful, Vault does the opposite: it works only from your real numbers, and it will never make up a figure on your behalf. Every report it produces is built from data you actually entered, which is exactly what makes it trustworthy.

At its core is My Finances, the place you enter your real financial data, cash flow, invoices, vendors, budgets, receivables, expenses, and profit and loss, period by period. That single source of truth then powers the CFO Cockpit, a read-only command center that turns your numbers into a live picture: your cash position and runway today, cash flow trends across months, aged receivables, and a tax calendar that counts down every Nigerian filing deadline. No data, no report. When a section is empty, Vault tells you to fill it in rather than inventing an answer.

Around that sits a deep toolkit of more than fifty financial instruments built for the Nigerian reality: a PAYE tax calculator on the current six-tier table, VAT-compliant invoices, 13-week cash flow forecasts tuned to Nigerian business cycles, break-even and pricing analysis, and IFRS and Nigerian GAAP profit-and-loss and balance-sheet builders. At the top sit CFO-grade tools, three-statement financial models, business valuations, and board-ready financial reports.
